We’re currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with an award-winning Pharmaceutical organization based in Tipperary. This is an excellent position for anyone who is looking to join a leading multinational who are one of the best at what they do.

Duties

  • Reporting to the B-Con OSD Operations Lead, the Operations Engineer provides day-to-day engineering support to the B-Con OSD Operations Team in the B-Con OSD area. The incumbent must bring energy, knowledge, innovation to this role.
  • Develop, review and approval of all SOP’s/ SWI’s for B-Con OSD Operations.
  • Operations representative on Commissioning and Qualification of Continuous Manufacturing Module in B-Con OSD.
  • Operations Representative on Containment Verification Team for B-Con OSD, ensuring containment verification steps are aligned with operations procedures.
  • Develop the necessary training programs for B-Con OSD Operations by membership of Potent Training Team.
  • Complete all safety permitting approvals for High-Risk work in B-Con OSD during Operations start-up.
  • Responsible for the development of HECP’s for B-Con OSD equipment.
  • Develop all the safety risk assessments for B-Con OSD Operations.
  • Responsible for deployment of fit for purpose & stage appropriate MPS in B-Con OSD with foundational structures in place from start-up.
  • Develop the B-Con OSD MPS roadmap and measure deployment Versus target.
  • Provide technical/operational expertise on continuous improvement projects.
  • GMP compliance – completion of factory walkdowns, completion of activities required for B-Con OSD Licensing, – completion of factory walkdowns.

Education & Experience
  • Hold a Third Level qualification in Manufacturing, Engineering or Science discipline OR, Relevant Manufacturing Formulation experience, preferably in potent formulation.
  • Minimum 5 years industrial experience.
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification an advantage.
  • SAP/MES knowledge/experience.
  • Project Management (not essential)
